By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Novacryption Labs shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of any third-party website.
Our App may include links to third-party social media platforms. Your use of these links is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of these platforms. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party social media platforms you visit.
We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
In no event shall Novacryption Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the App is at your own risk. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you received the App. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by contacting us at the email address provided below.
You represent and warrant that your use of the App will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms may have been translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
